Danièle's 10 'Must do' Tips
for natural for youth and beauty
1) Lovely Eyes
Show off your eyes to the best advantage. Bags
under the eyes can be quickly relieved with
Calendula, Rose or Chamomile compresses.
2) Facial Firming for a radiant look
For repairing, wrinkles and also delaying the
ageing process, use my recommended blends of
Angelica essential oil mixed with Wheat Germ
and Argan oil. They are wonderful repairing agents
with their natural healing properties.
You will also read about my secrets on how a
clay mask mixed with the recommended essential
oils of Rose and Bois de Rose can boost, soothe
and restore. This will revitalise your complexion
making it more firm with its natural tightening
agent.
3) Exfoliate
Twice a week exfoliate your skin gently with
the fresh pulp of Papaya which contains natural
enzymes. It will make your skin glow and soft.
4) Cleansing for a Lovelier Skin
A mixture of six drops of good chosen
oils like Avocado and Almond will be enough for
cleansing a dry skin complexion and toning
with compresses of peppermint and Rose floral
tea.
5) Healthy Shiny Hair
To add shine to your hair use Citrus fruit
juice in the last rinse.
Also, learn to mix Lecithin with the right essential
oils and apply after shampooing to nourish, moisturise
and protect your hair.
6) Breasts
For firmer breasts make your own
aromatic vinegar with essential oils. Apply the
cold compresses as a treatment at least for 10
minutes prior to going out.
7) Hands and Nails
Manuka Honey mixed the correct essential oils
such as Myrrh or Rose is a great treatment, for
damaged hands and brittle nails. Apply every
night for at least 10 days.
8) Your Unique Luxury Perfume
In my book, I show you how to make your own unique
natural perfume adding spice to your life. It
is free from toxic chemicals and will add such
a pleasure to your day and evening! Remember
to apply perfume behind ears and neck top
of your breasts and also inside your umbilical
cord.
For long hair spray your favourite perfume to
your Hair brush when your hair is still wet,
follow by brushing your hair head down, it will
add vitality and will perfume your hair beautifully.
9) De-Stress
When you need to calm down and are under stress.
Have a quite moment.
Dab on pulse points the gentle aromas of Neroli,
Melissa, Lavender, Petit grain, choose the one
you prefer. The aroma will alleviate gently your
stress.
10) Beat the Fatigue
Tiredness and travel fatigue can be relieved
with the relaxing fragrances of Melissa and
Neroli. In the book you will see how to make
your own anti-fatigue rub with a mixture of:
Eucalyptus and Rosemary. Apply under your nose,
close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing
for a few minutes inhaling the relaxing vapour
or have a bath.
